HRE is based in Houston, TX and is a State of Texas HUB Certified Company. We have six (6) field offices across the United States and various projects spanning across all 50 states and territories.
Our professional staff of architects, engineers, construction project managers has more than 70 years combined successful experience working with governmental, commercial, educational, institutional, industrial, and petrochemical clients. HRE team members' experience extends into the federal government sector, currently supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Health and Human Services, Social Security Administration, State Universities, and other local and state Government agencies.
Our staff of professionals keeps abreast of the changes in technology, along with construction, architectural
and MEP engineeringe. We utilize cutting-edge technology to be applied to the team-building objectives that are required to meet the design needs, construction requirements, local/state code considerations, cost controls, tight work schedules and real-time project budget forecasting for our clients.
Our design-build team of construction project managers, architects, engineers, and support staff work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and regulatory considerations (Government requirements), as well as to execute low-risk, technically sound, and cost-effective solutions.
