TEXAS CHOICE FACILITIES
HRE has recently teamed with Harris County Department of Education’s Choice Facility program, a cooperative that offers inter-local agreements, helping to meet the needs of Texas educational facilities and governmental organizations.
This JOC program ensures choices for distinct client needs, high quality and performance criteria, and elimination of the bid process for greater ease. This saves time and money without compromising quality. Inter-local agreements and contracts include turn-key concrete buildings as well as job order contracts for remodeling and renovation, especially useful when bond projects authorize quick deployment of work crews or require regular maintenance. HRE provides vetted personnel with extensive expertise.
