CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The HRE team has an experienced team of construction professionals with more than 50 years of combined experience in construction inspection, supervision and administration. HRE presently performs construction services for general contractors and school districts using the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Design/Build and Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction processes. HRE performs construction project assessments, estimating and contract negotiating, equipment and materials procurement, subcontractor solicitation and construction administration, and supervision.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
At HRE, we pride ourselves on the support we provide our Clients during this very important phase of the project. We will provide Construction Phase services which include attendance to Pre-Construction and regular meetings, review of "Requests for Information" and submittals, process change orders as requested by the Owner, site visits, project close-out, post-occupancy review and others as may be required by the Owner.

More importantly, our Client benefits from the representation of our firm's Principal staff and the Project Manager in charge of the project from initial programming, during this phase of the project, key to the successful execution of the project.

We are currently working on construction management, construction, renovation, construction quality assurance testing, and demolition/debris removal projects across Texas. We are also a prime contractor in 50 states for the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide testing in single-and-multi-family housing projects from Hawaii and California to Rhode Island. HRE's Government and Commercial repeat clients are the core of our business; we have not lost a prior client since the company was founded in 1997. HRE has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
