Feasibility Studies
HRE helps clients determine go/no go through an extensive feasibility study. There are several factors that need to taken in to consideration prior to investing into a project.
HRE will help the client identify these areas for example;
- Evaluate the market
- Identify lending rates or financing of the project (Bonding, etcü)
- Help determine the best delivery methods (Traditional (Design-Bid-Build), Design/Build, Construction Management, etcü)
- Examine local zoning laws, community sentiment, life cycle, costing, available funds, schedule, and aesthetic value.
- Formulate budget cost for the project
- Deliver an unbiased opinion to the owner, for best value results
