Developed new software for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to centralize their financial payment system, Payment Management System (PMS), which facilitates payments to recipients awarded by the agency. This was a coordinated effort amongst 10 other agencies that allowed for federal funds to be disbursed between them or on their behalf. HRE continues to use software to manage projects in an innovated fashion within the Office of Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control for department of housing and Urban Development (HUD) we analyzed and trended cost expectations through a web based implementation of a nationwide inspection cost estimator.
