Healthy Resources Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Proposal Writer. Candidate must be able to respond to RFP, RFQ, and RFI's for the organization. Must be able to complete proposal creation process to include coordinating with team members, assembling writing templates, tracking the proposal through deadline, and gathering the requirements to ensure the proposal meets all the guidelines. Responsibilities: Collaborates closely and effectively with subject matter experts, senior staff and other team members while managing multiple and complex proposals concurrently; Write, edit and manage all elements of posposals , producing complete, responsive request for proposals and quotes (RFPs and RFQs); Creats graphics to illustrate concepts in proposals; Assists in the development of new proposal ideas; Provides quality assurance on formatting and content; Meets specific pre-determined deadlines; Partners with team members and subject matter experts to develop customized, competitive, responsive and compliant proposal sections; Designs, formats, and updates standard proposal templates; Participates in production of proposals to include printing, binding, and shipping proposals; Works with the team to understand customers' needs and the Company's capabilities; and Responds to government RFPs and RFQs and government inquiries on Company's capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Management, Communications, or English is desired; 5-10 years of experience in government proposal development and delivery; 5-10 years of experience with contract negotiations and management; Expert in MS Office Suite-Excel and PowerPoint; Project experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is a huge plus; Broad thinker who can conceptualize ideas and develop written narrative that supports strategy; Ability to comprehend, interpret and communicate various types of market information and statistics in a meaningful way; and Strong written and verbal communications.
