Building Information Modeling Specialist Job ID: 1312-TX-01 Location: Houston, Texas Status: Contract to Full-Time Salary: DOE Closing Date: Until Filled Healthy Resources Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking applicants to fill a responsible position of BIM Specialists to coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) for use during preconstruction and construction. Proficiency in Auto desk Revit MEP a must. Knowledge of Revit Architecture, Structure, NavisWorks, Innovaya, 3DS Max or other comparable BIM software is desirable. Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of a number of delivery methods, the construction process in general and have had modeling and coordination responsibilities in the past. Qualifications: 5-8 years experience; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or related field, preferably in the construction industry; Computer proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Microsoft Office required; Solid presentation/facilitation skills and verbal/written skills; and Solid problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
