Maintaining Continuous Communication and Oversight
Key elements of contract success rest at the operational level, where the diverse and complex nature of work directives requires a single point of authority to make timely decisions on day-to-day issues. To meet this need, we delegate full authority over task operations to the project managers, empowering them to be working experts/managers who oversee and participate in work performance. Our project managers are in the best position to understand task resource needs and apply requisite authority for expeditious response.
Through continuous oversight of the program control system and regular communication with project team members, the project managers ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance standards are met or exceeded for each task. As required, they have full access to the expertise and organizational resources of the program director and other staff experts on the program management team.

Our Team will be managed by personnel who have been "Building America for Three Generations."
HRE, along with its subcontractor project team members, has a personal commitment as well as individual incentives to ensure the success of our projects. Success can be, and often is, measured by tangible factors such as meeting all cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements. There are also other factors to determine whether achieving success will be a process which is problematic or trouble-free. HRE provides those intangibles that ensure completion of the project in a trouble-free manner.
