Site Investigation
HRE will help the owner to understand the value in performing or understand site conditions prior to the start of the design.
The site investigation shall include:
Analysis of soil composition , related to the types of foundation
- For the need for fill
- Clearing,
- Grubbing
The soil analysis could influence early estimates and alert the design team of special conditions that must be included in the documents.
HRE will help to MINIMIZE DIFFERING SITE CONDITIONS during construction by investigating item that could affect the design. The follow is a list of item to look for, but not limited to following:
- Access to Site
- Amount of lay down area available
- Railroad locations
- Utility availability
- Routes into the site
HRE will review existing plot plan of the area and make recommendations to save cost during construction and decrease the overall BUDGET.
